A workshop on Sri Lanka was held 24 April in Almaty as a part of the Mega Tourism Roadshow in Almaty and coinciding with the KITF 2013. Workshop was organized by the Embassy The event was attended by more than 100 tour agents interested in comprehensive and reliable information about Sri Lanka as well as being educated to sell and promote this attractive and promising destination.
The turn-up for the workshop exceeded 100 participants. During the workshops the participants were issued with tourism promotional materials such as leaflets, booklets, and audio CD’s and many more. The package of two Audio CD’s gives an exclusive commentary on 49 important tourist locations and covers Colombo, Kelaniya, Pinnawela Anuradhapura, Sigiriya, Dambulla, Mihintale Polonnraruwa, Euwara Eliya, Kandy, Yala nad Galle. The package which is been published in Russian language is an excellent tour guide to the tourist from Russia and CIS countries.
During the workshop having very warmly welcomed all participants His Excellency Udayanga Weeratunga conducted a very informative and educative presentation on Sri Lankan Tourism. During the presentation he covered salient points such as history, climatic conditions, major tourist attractions, major cities, visa procedures and recent infrastructure developments in the spheres’ of socio – economic and tourism. The tantalizing dancing performance of the Dancers Guild directed by maestro Chandana Wickramasinghe was a major attraction at the workshop.

Семинар по Шри-Ланке состоялся 24 апреля в Алматы в рамках Мега туризма Roadshow в Алматы и совпадающий с KITF 2013 Семинар был организован посольством В мероприятии приняли участие более 100 турагентов, заинтересованных в полной и достоверной информации о Шри-Ланке, а также быть образованы, чтобы продавать и продвигать эту привлекательную и перспективную назначения.
Оборот на семинаре превысило 100 участников. В ходе семинаров участники были выпущены с туристическими рекламных материалов, таких как листовки, буклеты, аудио компакт-дисков и многое другое. Пакет из двух аудио CD дает эксклюзивное комментарий на 49 важных туристических местах и охватывает Коломбо, Kelaniya, Pinnawela Анурадхапура, Сигирия, Дамбулла, Mihintale Polonnraruwa, Euwara Элия, Канди, Яла-над Галле. Пакет, который был опубликован на русском языке является отличным гидом туристу из России и стран СНГ.
В ходе семинара с очень тепло приветствовал всех участников Его Превосходительство Удаянга Виратунга провели очень информативный и воспитательный презентацию на Шри-Ланки туризма. Во время презентации он покрыл важные моменты, такие как история, климатических условий, основных туристических достопримечательностей, крупных городах, визовых процедур и последние развития инфраструктуры в сферах «социально — экономических и туризма. Дразнящий танец производительность танцоров Гильдии режиссера маэстро Chandana Викрамасингхе был главной достопримечательностью на семинаре.
