His Excellency Udayanga Weeratunga, Ambassador of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Russian Federation hosted a dinner in his Residence to delegation from the Sri Lanka Youth Council on the 28th April 2014. A delegation from the Sri Lanka Youth Council visited Moscow, Russia from 28 April to 1 May 2014 as a part of a promotional campaign titled “Round the World in 40 Days” of the World Conference on Youth (WCY 2014) which is scheduled to be held from 6th – 10th May 2014 at the BMICH in Colombo. The Delegation was headed by Mr. Saman Bandara, Assistant Director of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Skills Development, and included Mr. R.A.S. Kumara, General Secretary, Sri Lanka Federation of Youth Clubs, Mr. A. Thevarajah, Member of National Federation, Sri Lanka Federation of Youth Clubs and Mr. T.Y. Kamalsiri, General Manager (Sirasa TV), Mr. I.R.M. Angello, Program Producer (MTV). Mr Samanth Pathirana, Minster Counsellor of the Sri Lanka Embassy also included to the delegation.
The delegation meets the counter partners at Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on 29 April. Mrs. Volkava Svetlana Vadimovna, Deputy Director of the Department of State Policy on Youth, Child Rearing and Child Welfare of the Ministry of Education and Science welcoming the Youth Council Delegation at a promotional event extend greetings to Sri Lanka to host WCY 2014. By Sri Lanka side, a video presentation was made on the WCY 2014 to be held in Colombo where information was shared with regard to the preparations to the WCY 2014.
Other delegation members of Russian side includes Mr. Zagryadskiy Anton Andreevich, Senior Specialist – Expert of the International Department, Mr Zavarzin Denis Segeevich, Assistant Director, Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, Mrs. Evko Olga Olegovna, Consultant of the International Affairs Divition and Mr. Bagrov Sergey Valeryevich, Board Member of the Association of Privet Units, National Youth Council of Russia.

Его Превосходительство Удаянга Виратунга, посол Демократической Социалистической Республики Шри-Ланка в Российской Федерации состоялся ужин в своей резиденции в делегации от Совета Шри-Ланки молодежи на 28 апреля 2014 года делегация из Совета Шри-Ланки молодежи посетила Москву, Россию от 28 апреля 1 мая 2014 года в рамках рекламной кампании под названием «Вокруг света в 40 дней» Всемирной конференции по молодежи (WCY 2014), который планируется провести с 6 — 10 мая 2014 года в конференц-центра BMICH в Коломбо. Делегация во главе с г-ном Саман Бандара, заместитель директора Министерства развития делам молодежи и навыки, а также включены г-RAS Кумара, Генеральный секретарь, Шри-Ланка Федерация молодежных клубов, г-н А. Thevarajah, член Национальной Федерации, Шри-Ланка Федерация молодежных клубов и г-TY Kamalsiri, генеральный директор (шираса ТВ), г-н IRM Angello, продюсер программы (МТВ). Г-н Samanth Патхирана, министр советник посольства Шри-Ланки также в делегации.
Делегация отвечает встречные партнеров в Министерстве образования и науки Российской Федерации от 29 апреля. Г-жа Светлана Вадимовна Volkava, заместитель директора Департамента государственной политики по делам молодежи, воспитание детей и детства Министерства образования и науки Приветствуя делегацию Совета молодежи на промо-акции распространяются поздравления в Шри-Ланку для проведения WCY 2014 Шри Ланка сторона, видео презентация была сделана на WCY 2014, которая пройдет в Коломбо, где информация была передана в связи с подготовкой к WCY 2014 года.
Другие члены делегации российской стороны включает в себя г-н Загрядский Антон Андреевич, старший специалист — эксперт международного отдела, г Заварзин Денис Segeevich, помощник директора, Федеральное агентство по делам молодежи, миссис Evko Ольга Олеговна, консультант Divition международным делам и Mr . Багров Сергей Валерьевич, член Правления Ассоциации ПРИВЕТ единиц, Национальный Совет молодежных и детских России.
