In the morning of the 3rd and final day of his State visit to Kazakhstan, President Rajapaksa paid a visit to the Monument of the Defenders of the Motherland in the city of Astana. The Sri Lankan Leader was welcomed to the Monument of the Defenders of the Motherland by the Mayor of the city of Astana. The President honored the fallen heroes of the Republic of Kazakhstan by laying a wreath at the foot of the monument.

Лидер-Ланки Шри приветствовали к Монументу защитникам Отечества мэр города Астаны. Президент честь павших героев Республики Казахстан возложения венка у подножия памятника.
