Secretary to the Ministry of Defence of Sri Lanka visited the Russia
5th – 11th October 2008
Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Secretary to the Ministry of Defence of Sri Lanka visited the Russian Federation on the 5th of October to attend bilateral consultations with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa took time to visit many places of historical and cultural significance in Moscow on the 5-8th October 2008.
