Sri Lankan students and religious patrons participated this ceremony. Sri Lankan National Flag hoisted Ambassador Udayanga Weeratunga .<br \/>\nEspecially Sri Lankan students from suburbs cities like Tver, Kaluga and Kursk also participated this function.
