Ven. Sevanagala Ginorasa thero &amp; Rakwane Gnanaseeha Thero, conducted the Buddhist religious observances, and Mr. M.V.P.A. Payoe, conducted the Christian prayers.<br \/>\nThe proceedings commenced with the recital of the National Anthem.
