During the reception, His Excellency Udayanga Weeratunga delivered a presentation that covered salient points such as History of Sri Lanka, Socio \u2013 Economic Developments, Tourism Industry, Diplomatic relations and bilateral relations between two countries. In addition the Ambassador invited the audience to visit the \u201cPearl of the Indian Ocean\u201d.<br \/>\nThe \u201cSri Lanka Night\u201d held in the evening added splendor and color to the reception with the the photo exhibition, with photos covering the visits of His Excellency Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Sri Lanka to the Russian Federation, Ukraine and Republic of Kazakhstan.
